A complex global recruitment campaign for this NYSE listed materials solutions provider with the objective of facilitating their maturity to an independent company, post spin off from Dow. We were retained to recruit 200 hires spanning 13 global locations including North America, EMEA and APAC, covering operational, niche technical and global leadership levels across logistics, finance, procurement & supply chain and EH&S functions.

International Finance Corporation (IFC) – talent pipelining project to identify and engage 120 prospective Senior Upstream Officer candidates, globally

As part of the IFC (part of World Bank Group) 3.0 Upstream strategy, we were retained to identify, engage, qualify and present 120 prospective candidates in the international development, emerging  markets and investment pipeline space. These candidates were being longlisted for newly created roles located across Latin America, Eastern and Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia Pacific.

NHS Supply Chain – Procurement team build

In response to the Carter review, the NHS Supply Chain transformation was a high profile government programme. Our remit was to recruit a 15 person procurement team to form part of a new supply chain management function. Adopting a multichannel sourcing approach, we successfully recruited a diverse selection of procurement professionals from both private and public sectors in a 3 month period.

National Express – multiple finance roles

When FTSE250 National Express relocated its entire head office finance team from London to Birmingham, the firm approached us due to our presence and reputation in both cities.  

National Express needed to recruit 12 individuals of varying seniority. Using headhunting, networking, database mining and online advertising, we were able to provide quality candidates within a short timeframe, helping the client to create a new, fully functioning head office finance team in Birmingham to deadline.

A market leader in high-end technical expertise across the aerospace, defence and security markets, QinetiQ’s aim was to boost their business development capability. The brief was to recruit 18 middle-management roles from outside their sector. Using search, sourcing and online advertising, we provided a rich stream of vetted candidates to help QinetiQ to quickly make key appointments.

Child Maintenance & Enforcement Commission (CMEC) – entire senior management team

With the Chair, Chief Executive and main board appointed, our challenge was to recruit their entire senior management team, across all disciplines – 17 appointments in total.

After a complex and involved campaign, all 17 roles were appointed first time, within a ten-week period. 94% of the appointed candidates remained in post 18 months later. We were subsequently awarded a further 49 roles by the client as a result of the confidence we had instilled and the quality of service we had provided.
