A complex global recruitment campaign for this NYSE listed materials solutions provider with the objective of facilitating their maturity to an independent company, post spin off from Dow. We were retained to recruit 200 hires spanning 13 global locations including North America, EMEA and APAC, covering operational, niche technical and global leadership levels across logistics, finance, procurement & supply chain and EH&S functions.
BMI Group, part of Standard Industries, is a global business with interests in building materials, roofing and waterproofing. Its vision is to disrupt the industry with an innovative digital approach, which sees the creation of a brand new Tech Hub based in Reading. We were retained to recruit 60 technology and digital specialists across management and individual contributor levels.

The brief was to recruit 18 middle-management roles from outside their sector. With the Chair, Chief Executive and main board appointed, our challenge was to recruit their entire senior management team, across all disciplines – 17 appointments in total.
