 In November 2020, RFi Group received a strategic growth investment from Los Angeles based PE fund, Diversis leading to huge growth potential.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to play a key role within a high performing team of Business Development Directors with a global and senior level client base. You will be selling an enviable product with a 95% renewal rate. It is a great opportunity to increase personal remuneration and potentially lead the entry into a new region. The successful candidate will be charged with delivering on personal sales targets, the focus being on new business development securing new clients for RFI in the UK and Europe and will also include the renewal of existing contracts.

The Candidate

You will be self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and consistent sophisticated client exposure. You will have around 7 years’ experience delivering on a commercial outcome and meeting £400k+ annual sales targets. You will have proven experience running a self-sufficient sales process and must have experience selling in the Financial Services sector. You will demonstrate strong, concise and accurate communication skills, critical thinking and creativity of mind with intellectual curiosity.
