It is a great time to join the RFi Group and the research function is key to the success of the company’s growth plans. This new role will lead a team of analysts with the potential to move into the overall lead for the UK Research team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be rewarded for your commitment and learning ability. An experienced, engaging and confident presenter at a senior level, you will act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to RFi’s clients. Working closely with the sales and services team you will oversee and execute research projects ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and engagement with RFi products and services and help drive the growth of RFi Group in EMEA. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a research agency environment or research role or a consulting background. You will have a deep understanding of the FS sector and extensive experience presenting research and insights to clients at a senior management level. You will have a proven track record of using data and research to distil customer insights into actionable recommendations and experience managing primary research from the design stage through delivery. You will also have Line management experience and experience of using data/research software such as SPSS and Q.
