RDV has now completed four schemes in Stratford, East Ham, Plaistow and acquired a residential scheme in Whitechapel and has a significant and healthy pipeline of developments across Newham which will bring much needed new accommodation to help relieve the housing pressure within the borough.

Within our development and construction teams you will play active and central roles in the delivery of a significant programme of mixed-use, mixed-tenure housing led development and regeneration projects.

The Role

The Senior Development Manager will play a role in Red Door Ventures contributing to the delivery programme of circa 1,200 homes by 2024, and establishing a 10-year pipeline to deliver circa 350 units per year on council surplus land with 50% of this pipeline to be genuinely affordable homes for rent

To lead on the timely delivery of a development project or projects, including the day-to-day planning, supervision, direction and monitoring of staff and consultants, ensuring that projects are delivered in a safe, efficient and sustainable manner, whilst achieving project targets and meeting customer expectations.
