As Goram Homes looks to establish itself it is now looking for a permanent Managing Director to drive the Company forward out of its set up phase, forging its critical relationship with its first set of joint venture delivery partners.
As the Managing Director you will lead by example and promote a strong and entrepreneurial environment in which to deliver the Company’s objectives of delivering commercial profit and delivery of quality homes in Bristol. You will provide strategic and visionary leadership whilst establishing Goram Homes as an innovative and well run organisation. With overall management responsibility of all functions including performance of the JV, staff leadership, morale, working practices and management, you will work with the Board to drive profitable growth and deliver against our objectives. With a history of senior level experience within the housing construction sector, you will bring an entrepreneurial flair and experience of delivering high quality schemes at pace, whilst leading a growing housing development business.
